Counsel Access

Outside counsel may be designated by an admitted Participant for read or contributory access to a Chamber. Counsel access is identifiable on every action, does not transfer the Participant’s representations, and may be terminated by the Participant at any time on filing.

How counsel access works

  1. Counsel files this designation, identifying the admitted Participant and the Chamber.
  2. The Participant counter-confirms through the Factivault portal.
  3. The Custodian of Record provisions delegated access at the requested level (read or contributory) and notifies counsel by attributable email.
  4. Every counsel action within the Chamber is recorded under counsel’s identity and signed with counsel’s authenticator.

Counsel access is not admission to the Venue and does not entitle counsel independently to convene a Chamber.
