Admitted Participants
Directory
The Directory lists Participants who have consented to publication of their admission. Publication is at the Participant’s election under the Rules of Access; non-publication is the default state, and a Participant’s absence from this Directory does not indicate non-admission. Counsel confirming the admission status of a specific Participant should make a request to the Counsel Desk.
The Directory is being constituted.
Admissions are in progress under Rules of Access v1.0. As Participants are admitted and elect publication, this Directory will list each by registered name and Chamber type, with the date of admission and the registered jurisdiction of the Participant.
The Directory is not a registry, an exchange listing, or a marketing surface. It is a record of attribution.
Counsel inquiries
If you are counsel to a counterparty and you require confirmation of a specific Participant’s admission status for a pending engagement, file a Counsel Access designation through the Counsel Access intake. Status confirmations are returned in writing under attribution by the Custodian of Record.
Publication discipline
Once a Participant elects publication, the Directory entry includes only:
- Registered legal name of the Participant.
- Date of admission to the Venue.
- Jurisdiction of organization.
- Type of engagement(s) for which the Participant is admitted.
The Directory does not publish individual representatives, beneficial ownership, or engagement counterparties.
